Smoked pork with dried fruits and dumplings


  • 8 bread dumplings
  • 750 grams smoked pork
  • 1 package of prunes
  • 1 package of dried fruits (dried apricots, dried pears, dried apples...)
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • salt
  • pepper
  • cornstarch
  • sugar
  • fat for frying

Preparation method (receipt)

Soak all dried fruit for 1 hour in water with cinnamon sticks. Fry smoked pork, placed in a baking dish and cook in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for one hour add dried fruit, cinnamon and water in which they were soaked, cook for 30 minutes. Remove the pork, thicken the sauce with cornstarch, season to taste and serve with pork and dumplings.
