Silk potato dumplings


  • 1 kilogram potatoes
  • 5 eggs
  • 250 grams potato flour
  • grated nutmeg

Preparation method (receipt)

Peel and boil potatoes in the salted water until done, drain the water and mash potatoes in a puree. Whisk eggs and add in potatoes, also add potato flour, nutmeg and salt. Using wet hands, form round dumplings. Boil in the salted water for 15-20 minutes until they float.
