Silesian style potato dumplings


  • 700 grams potatoes
  • 200 grams flour
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg

Preparation method (receipt)

Boil the potatoes in their jackets and clean even hot. Add the remaining ingredients, knead the dough. On floured board roll out long sausage, each cut into small pieces, boil in salted boiling water for about 10 minutes (the dumplings are ready when they float).
