Semolina dessert with pumpkin


  • 500 grams pumpkin
  • 100 milliliters water
  • 5 tablespoons semolina
  • 0.5 orange
  • 0.5 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 250 grams low-fat pasty cheese

Preparation method (receipt)

Cut peeled pumpkin into slices and cook in boiling water for 10-15 minutes, mash into puree. Add semolina, bring to a boil, remove from heat. Add orange zest and juice, sugar, cool and mix with pasty cottage cheese.
