Sea bass fillet in a Parmesan crust


  • 2 small sea bass fillets
  • 0,5 tablespoons lemon juice
  • salt
  • pepper
  • sweet paprika powder
  • 0.5 egg
  • 0,5 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 0,5 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoons fresh dill, chopped
  • butter or oil for frying

Preparation method (receipt)

Wash sea bass fillets, dry and drizzle with lemon juice, season with salt, pepper sweet paprika powder. Mix Parmesan with chopped greens and breadcrumbs. Dip fish in the flour ,then in the stirred egg and after in the Parmesan mixture. Heat the oil in the pan and fry the fillets for 5 minutes on the each side.
