Sea bass fillet in a creamy sauce with shrimps


  • 4 slices of sea bass fillet( about 150-200 grams each)
  • lemon juice
  • salt
  • pepper
  • flour
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 100 grams shrimps
  • 125 milliliters broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 4 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 200 milliliters cream

Preparation method (receipt)

Wash, dry, drizzle with lemon juice, fish fillets and leave for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and fry in sunflower oil on both sides 6 minutes. For the sauce, chop the onion and garlic and fry gently in butter, add the shrimp and stir, pour the broth, cream and boil down until thick, add flour if desired. Serve the fillets of sea bass, watering sauce.
