Sausage ragout with onions and mustard


  • 500 grams sausages
  • 300 grams onions
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 40 grams flour
  • 125 milliliters milk
  • 4 tablespoons mustard
  • salt
  • pepper
  • sugar
  • chive

Preparation method (receipt)

Slice meat sausages. Peel onions and cut into 8 parts, sauté in the butter until golden brown, remove. Sprinkle a pan with flour, fry until creamy , stirring occasionally, pour 375 milliliters of water and 125 milliliters of milk, bring to a boil, add mustard, season with salt, pepper and sugar to taste. Add sausages and onion, heat, sprinkle with chive and serve.
