Salmon in curlpaper


  • 4 salmon fillets 125 g
  • 2 lime, cut into thin slices
  • 8 basil leaves
  • 2 cloves of garlic, sliced into thin circles
  • salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil

Preparation method (receipt)

Salt each salmon slice and pepper, place into tha baking paper, put on the top garlic circles, 2 lime slices and 2 basil leaves. Drizzle with olive oil. Wrap tightly the paper. Set aside to marinate. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
