Salad" Samos"


  • 1 green salad
  • 150 grams black grapes
  • 100 grams feta cheese
  • For the sauce: fresh thyme
  • fresh oregano
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil

Preparation method (receipt)

Clean salad, wash, chop into strips (2 centimeters). Cut grapes in half and remove the grain. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce, mix green salad and black grapes, season. Before serving, sprinkle with crumbled feta.
