  • 180 grams beef
  • 50 grams feta cheese
  • 3 champignons
  • 1 shallot
  • 2 onion sprigs
  • 20 milliliters dry white wine
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil for frying

Preparation method (receipt)

Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Cut the mushrooms into cubes, chop the challot onion, chop green onions.
