Rosemary potatoes


  • 800 grams potatoes
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pinch of herb salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3 teaspoons dried rosemary

Preparation method (receipt)

Peel the potatoes and cut into wedges. Heat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Put the potatoes in a bowl and add the olive oil to soak for 3-7 minutes, then lay out on a baking tray lined with baking paper and sprinkle with salt and spices, bake 25-30 minutes.
