Roll with ricotta, arugula and carrots


  • 2 flatbreads
  • 2 handfuls of arugula
  • 1 carrot, peeled and grated
  • 6 tablespoons ricotta
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper

Preparation method (receipt)

Rinse and dry the arugula. Peel and grate carrot. Put arugula on the cake, top with carrots and ricotta, salt and pepper, roll.
