Radish-ham tartare with farmer's bread


  • 200 grams white radish
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 gherkins
  • 1 small red apple, 50 grams raw ham
  • 0,5 bunch of parsley
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons creamy cheese with garlic
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 slices of farmer's bread
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation method (receipt)

Peel and grate the radish, add salt and leave for 15 minutes. Cut apple and gherkins into small cubes, ham strips. Grind parsley. Season radish vegetable oil, vinegar, cream cheese, salt and pepper. Add apple, parsley and ham and serve on bread.
