Radicchio-fennel salad


  • 1 large head of radicchio
  • 1 large fennel bulb
  • walnuts
  • grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons coriander
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • salt
  • grated black pepper

Preparation method (receipt)

Peel and cut the radicchio. Slice thinly the fennel. For the sauce: fry coriander in a dry pan without oil, grind it in a mortar, add balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt and pepper. Dress the fennel and radicchio with marinade , sprinkle with cheese and nuts.
