Provincial crab-salmon soup


  • 150 grams potatoes
  • 250 milliliters vegetable broth
  • a little vegetable oil
  • 0.5 leek stalk
  • 0.5 clove of garlic 50 grams green peas
  • 40 grams processed cheese
  • 50 grams cream
  • 40 grams crab meat or shrimps
  • 50 grams smoked salmon
  • salt and pepper
  • parsley

Preparation method (receipt)

Dice peeled potatoes and boil in the broth for 25 minutes. Chop onion into thin circles, grind peeled garlic, finely slice smoked salmon. Fry leek, garlic and green peas in vegetable oil about 1 minute. Melt processed cheese in the broth, add fried vegetables, crab meat and shrimps. Cook for 5-10 minutes, add salt and ppepper to taste, sprinkle with parsley and serving.
