Potatoe soup with mushrooms


  • 1 small onion
  • 250 grams potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 250 milliliters vegetable broth
  • 100 grams brown champignons
  • salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg

Preparation method (receipt)

Peel onions and potatoes, cut into small cubes. Heat the oil in a pan and pass vegetables. Add vegetable broth and cook for 15 minutes. Cut the mushrooms into slices, add half of the soup, bring to a boil, mash into puree, add the remaining mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
