Potatoe-shpik salad


  • 2 kilogram potatoes
  • 6 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 18 tablespoons neutral vegetable oil
  • 200 milliliters vegetable broth
  • 2 red onions
  • 200 grams shpik , diced\n

Preparation method (receipt)

On the eve of boil until cooked potatoes in their skins. Clean it and cut into thin slices, add the vinegar, salt and pepper, mix well.
