Potato-sausage salad


  • 250 grams boiled jacket potatoes
  • 3 pickled gherkins
  • 80 grams sausages
  • 0.5 teaspoons mustard
  • 3 tablespoons ready-made remoulade sauce
  • pinch of black pepper
  • 1 hard-boiled egg

Preparation method (receipt)

Peel warm potatoes and slice, season with 2 tablespoons of cucumber marinade. Dice egg, sausages and gherkins, add to the potatoes. Mix remoulade sauce, salt and pepper, dress the salad.
