Potato salad with avocado and watercress


  • 1 kilogram potatoes
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 packages of watercress

Preparation method (receipt)

Peel potatoes, slice coarsely, boil until done, drain, salt and pepper, dress with olive oil and lemon juice, cool. Cut into halves the avocado, peel and slice , add in the potatoes with watercress.
