Potato pot


  • 2 kilogram potatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic 2 stalk leek
  • 250 grams dried meat
  • 2 eggs
  • 0,5 bunch of parsley
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • grated nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Preparation method (receipt)

Peel the potatoes and grate, squeeze by linen cloth until dry. Chop onions and garlic, add it and eggs to the potatoes. Chop leek into rings, add to potatoes. Grind jerky. Add spices to the potatoes. Grease baking dish with melted butter, put half of the potato mass, then put meat on the top of that, and again put potatoes. Cook for 1 hour, occasionally stirring.
