Potato-cheese appetizer


  • 5 medium size waxy potatoes
  • 2 springs of onion
  • 1 large tomato
  • 2 radishes
  • 100 grams white cheese
  • 200 milliliters sour cream
  • 3 sprigs of basil
  • vinegar
  • vegetable oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation method (receipt)

Boil the potatoes in their jackets, peel and cut into thin slices, put in a salad bowl. Chop green onions, finely diced radishes, white cheese (cow's milk cheese) and tomato. Add to the potatoes, sprinkle with vinegar and season with salt, pepper and oil. Add sour cream, stir and garnish with basil leaves.
