Pork tenderloin


  • 250 grams pork tenderloin
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • salt
  • ground pepper
  • cream or wine
  • butter

Preparation method (receipt)

Cut peeled garlic into shreds and force the meat. Rub with salt and ground pepper. Melt the butter in the frying pan and fry the tenderloin on the each side until golden brown, place into the form and bake in the oven at 120 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. Add cream in the tenderloin pan, heat, salt and pepper. Also you can glaze the meat with wine.
