Pork ribs in beer


  • 1.5 kilogram pork ribs
  • 8 medium-sized onions
  • 1 small bank of tomatoes in own juice
  • 1 bottle of dark beer
  • 3 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons spicy paprika powder
  • 2 tablespoons medium-spicy mustard
  • 3 bay leaves

Preparation method (receipt)

Fry the ribs on all sides, put in a deep roasting pan. Fry the chopped onion, add to the ribs. Place the roasting pan in the remaining ingredients, pour the beer and cook for 1 hour by a low heat.
