Chop finely the onion and prunes. Salt the pork, season with pepper and rub with paprika and garlic, fry in the melted butter, remove from a pan. Fry onion in the same pan. Add prunes, fry together for 5 minutes. Place the pork in the baking form, cover with the onion-prune mixture( set aside a bit). Lay overlapping slices of bacon. Bake at 150 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. Place the remaining onion mixture into a pot, pour the champagne, bring to a boil, add cream, salt, pepper to taste,Serve the meat with sauce.
