Pirate style fish soup


  • 250 grams mussels in shells
  • 30 milliliters dry white wine
  • 100 grams sea bass fillets
  • 60 grams flounder fillets
  • 100 grams cod fillets
  • 0.5 lemon
  • 0.25 bunch of soup greens
  • 0,5 onion
  • 0.5 clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 250 milliliters vegetable broth
  • 0,25 teaspoons spicy paprika powder
  • 0,25 teaspoons curry powder
  • 0,5 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 30 grams crab meat
  • salt and pepper

Preparation method (receipt)

Place mussels in the deep pan, pour the wine, salt and cook under a cover for 10 minutes. Pull out clams, throw away unopened shells. Wash and slice all fish fillets , sprinkle with lemon juice. Fry soup greens, chopped onion in the vegetable oil. Strain mussel water in the broth, add fried vegetables, tomato paste, curry and paprika, cook for 10 minutes. Add fish and cook for another 15 minutes, add crab meat( or shrimps) and mussels, boil for another 2 minutes. Season with salt and serve with slice of lemon.
