Parsley salad


  • 200 grams bulgur
  • 2 bunches of parsley
  • 0.4 bunches of fresh mint
  • 0,5 green sweet peppers
  • 0,33 spicy green chili peppers
  • 0.5 cucumbers
  • 1 large tomato
  • 6 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation method (receipt)

Soak bulgur in warm water. Wash herbs, dry and chop. Wash vegetables and cut into small slices. Drain bulgur, add the herbs, lemon juice, vegetable oil, salt and pepper to taste, add the vegetables.
