Pancakes with mushrooms


  • 125 grams flour
  • 250 milliliters milk
  • 2 eggs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • sugar
  • vegetable oil
  • 125 grams bacon, diced
  • 1 large onion
  • 250 grams brown mushrooms
  • 0,5 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 100 milliliters heavy cream
  • parsley

Preparation method (receipt)

Sift flour, mix with milk, eggs, salt and a pinch of sugar, knead the dough and leave it for 15 minutes. Bake 4 pancakes, put them in a preheated oven to 60 degrees Celsius. For the filling fry the cubes of bacon in oil, add chopped onion, add the sliced mushrooms into quarters, salt and pepper, add the tomato paste and cream, bring to a boil and season. Serve pancakes with mushroom filling, sprinkle with parsley.
