Onion puree with wild garlic


  • 1 kilogram potatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 100 milliliters milk
  • 1 handful of wild garlic
  • 100 milliliters milk
  • butter
  • salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg

Preparation method (receipt)

Wash potatoes, peel and dice. Boil in salted water(or broth). Slice peeled onions and sauté in the butter until golden brown, add chopped wild garlic. Mix onions and wild garlic, salt, pepper and season with nutmeg.
