Old-time Baden style eel salad


  • 400 grams smoked eel fillet
  • 150 grams yogurt
  • 0,5 bunch of parsley
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 pinches of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon apple vinegar

Preparation method (receipt)

Check for the presence of eel fillet random bones, cut into small cubes. Slice onions thin half-rings. Chop the parsley. Mix all the ingredients, fill if necessary.
