Nut spätzle


  • 500 grams flour
  • 100 grams nuts, chopped
  • 4 eggs
  • 250 milliliters warm water
  • 2 teaspoons salt

Preparation method (receipt)

Using a mixer or food processor knead dough of eggs, flour, nuts, water and salt. The dough should bubble. Using a special grater deposited into salted boiling water little spätzle. Cook, stirring, until the spätzle not emerge.
