Noodles with smoked salmon and goat cheese


  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 100 grams cream
  • 150 grams goat cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons mint
  • 200 grams smoked salmon, cut into strips
  • 400 grams noodles
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation method (receipt)

Sauté onion in the butter, salt and pepper, pour cream, bring to a boil and dissolve the goat cheese. Boil until thickening, stirring. Add the lemon zest, some Worcestershire sauce, 1 mint sprig( you can use dried mint) and a half of the salmon. Boil the noddles until done, mix with the sauce. Sprinkle with mint and salmon, serve.
