Chop shallots, rosemary, 2 sprigs of mint and chili, juice of half a lime to add to meat, along with eggs, breadcrumbs, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of honey, salt and pepper to taste. Knead homogeneous stuffing. Form oval patties, insert in each a wooden skewer. Fry in olive oil. For the sauce, chop the remaining mint, almonds, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 3 tbso of honey, vinegar, Tabasco and lime juice. All mix in blender, add yogurt.
