Mushroom salad with zucchini


  • 40 grams onions
  • 250 grams cherry tomatoes
  • 400g zucchini
  • 250 grams mushrooms

  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation method (receipt)

Mince onion, cherry tomatoes cut in half, and zucchini - semicircles, mushrooms - slices. Salt and pepper zucchini and mushrooms, sprinkle with lemon juice and add the chopped garlic. In a frying pan heat the 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and fry the mushrooms with zucchini mixture, add the onions and tomatoes, season. Mix the oregano, sage, balsamic, olive oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice, season vegetables and put into the refrigerator for 2 hours. Arrange in portions of salad bowls and serve.
