Munich salad with white sausages


  • 2 white sausages
  • 0,5 banks pearl onions
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 tablespoons apple vinegar
  • mustard
  • sunflower oil
  • 1 bunch of chive
  • salt
  • freshly ground white pepper
  • radish
  • 1 hard-boiled egg

Preparation method (receipt)

Remove the skin from the cooked white sausage, cut into their circles, marinated pearl onions cut in half, chop the red onion. Mix apple cider vinegar with sunflower oil, add a little of the marinade from the pearl onions, mustard, chopped chives, salt and pepper. Slice the radishes mugs, egg chop.
