Milk cabbage


  • 1 small cabbage
  • broth
  • 0.5 liter milk
  • 50 grams butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • salt
  • white pepper
  • fresh nutmeg
  • sugar

Preparation method (receipt)

Chop thinly the cabbage, pour the broth ( not to cover the whole cabbage). Stew on medium heat for 15 minutes. Pour milk and stew for another 15 minutes. Add the butter and flour, stir, season with nutmeg, white pepper, salt and sugar to taste.
