• 25 grams mixture of minced beef and pork

  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 0,5 onion
  • 0,5 tablespoons ghee or butter
  • 0,5 tablespoons medium spicy mustard

  • pepper
  • red pepper powder
  • vegetable oil for frying

Preparation method (receipt)

Crumble the stale bun in a bowl, add egg, mix until smooth mixture. Chop onion and fry in the melted butter, cool. Mix bun with meat, mustard, chopped dill, season with paprika and pepper, salt. Shape into 2-3 meatballs. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and fry meatballs on each side on medium heat.
