Maultaschen in spicy sauce


  • 8 small maultaschen
  • 3 onions
  • 200 grams champiognons
  • 2 tablespoons pickled green peppercorns
  • 100 milliliters cream
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation method (receipt)
