Marinated sweet-sour pickles with mustard


  • 2 kilogram fresh cucumbers
  • 0.5 liter white wine vinegar
  • 500 grams sugar
  • 0.5 liter water
  • 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon spices for the marinade
  • 3 teaspoons salt
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bunch of fresh dill

Preparation method (receipt)

Clear cucumbers, cut into 5 centimeters long cylinders, if necessary - to remove the seeds. Put the layers with onion rings and dill to the banks. Boil and simmer for 3 minutes, the water, vinegar, sugar, salt and seeds goryachitsy. Pour the hot marinade and immediately roll up cucumbers.
