Marinated in red wine plums


  • 1 liter dry red wine
  • 2 kilogram plums
  • 1 kilogram sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • rum

Preparation method (receipt)

Sterilize the jars with lids. Wash and cut into 2 parts plums. Cook over low heat sinks with sugar, cinnamon and red wine. Remove from heat, add the rum. Pour into banks and tighten.
