Jam filled buns


  • 0.5 teaspoons dry yeast
  • 35 milliliters milk, 100 grams flour 15 grams icing sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 15 butter
  • 0,5 egg
  • 0,5 tablespoons rum
  • a little melted butter
  • jam for the filling

Preparation method (receipt)

Sift the flour with salt. Mix heated milk , melted butter, egg, sugar powder and salt. Add flour and knead an elastic dough for about 10 minutes. Place in the bowl, cover with the towel or food film, let it stand for 30 minutes. Divide the dough into some pieces, flatten them, drop a small spoonful of jam in the middle, fold the edges carefully, make round buns, place in the form, cover with the towel, let them stand to rise. Brush the top of the buns with butter and bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with sugar powder and serve.
