Jacket potato with cheese sauce


  • 3 large potatoes, chopped finely
  • 250g 20% fat pasty cottage cheese (quark)
  • 125 grams 5% fat quark
  • 1 onion
  • 2,5 tablespoons of Flaxseed oil
  • milk
  • chives or green onions
  • salt

Preparation method (receipt)

Mix the quark and 2,5 tablespoons flaxseed oil until smooth. Chop onion and chive or green onion, add in the quark, add some milk, if the mixture is too thick, season with salt. Boil jacket potatoes and peel them, cut coarsely and serve with quark sauce.
