Holstein style flounder


  • 3 flounders, ready to be cooked
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons dill,chopped
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 100 grams champignons
  • 100 grams shrimps
  • 50 grams shpik
  • flour
  • salt

Preparation method (receipt)
