Herring with onion and bacon sauce


  • 4 herrings (pickled or smoked)
  • 100 grams smoked bacon
  • 6 onions
  • 600 grams potatoes

Preparation method (receipt)

Chop the onion and bacon cubes. Heated with oil in a frying pan and fry the onion in it until browned. Boil the potatoes in their jackets, peel, cut into slices, put a herring in a dish, pour the sauce of onions and bacon.
