Herring fillet with radish cream


  • 2 light salted herring fillets
  • 0.25 bunch of radishes
  • 25 grams pickled cucumbers
  • 50 grams sour cream
  • 50 milliliters cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 0,25 bunch of chives

Preparation method (receipt)

Slice finely herring fillets. Chop the chive, cut finely peeled radishes and pickled cucumbers. Place all the ingredients into the salad bowl and dress with sour cream-cream mixture, season with salt and pepper to taste.
