Ham-cheese muffins


  • 80 grams ham, diced
  • 1 onion
  • 0.5 bunch of chive
  • 100 grams flour
  • 0,5 package of baking powder
  • pinch of baking soda
  • salt and pepper
  • sweet paprika powder
  • 0.25 clove of garlic, passed through the press
  • 90 grams cheese (e.g. Gouda)
  • 30 grams butter
  • 1 egg
  • 75 grams natural yoghurt

Preparation method (receipt)

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Cover the form with baking paper. Dice the ham, grind onion, chop finely chive. Mix the flour, baking powder, pinch of baking soda, onion,chive, grated cheese, sweet paprika powder, salt,pepper and garlic.Melt the butter, cool and mix with egg, stir the flour into the mixture, put in the forms and bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
