Haddock with champignons


  • 600 grams haddock
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic , minced
  • 1 cup of white wine
  • 300 grams champignons, thinly sliced
  • 1 bunch of parsley, chopped
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation method (receipt)

Slice coarsely the fish and fry without oil, add onion, white wine, garlic and champignons, cook under a cover for 20 minutes. Salt and pepper, stew for another 4 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
