• 600 grams pork schnitzels

  • 150 milliliters olive oil
  • lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon hot mustard

Preparation method (receipt)

Wash and dry the meat, cut into strips. Peel onion and cut into strips. Pass garlic through the press. Marinate in the onion, garlic and spices meat and put into the refrigerator for 2 days. Fry the marinated meat on a hot skillet.
