Grilled vegetables salad


  • 2 red sweet peppers
  • 2 yellow sweet peppers
  • 2 onions
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 large carrots
  • 250 grams champignons
  • 1 fennel
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 3 tablespoons walnut oil
  • paprika powder
  • chili pepper flakes

Preparation method (receipt)

Peel vegetables and slice, cut onions into 8 parts. Place vegetables in a package, add garlic, passed through the press, olive oil and salt, shake hard. Place vegetables into the baking tray, bake at 200 degrees Celsius in the oven until golden brown, cool and place in a salad bowl, dress with balsamic vinegar and walnut oil.
