Grilled fish


  • 4 fish (herring or mackerel)
  • the juice of half a lemon
  • salt
  • white pepper
  • flour

Preparation method (receipt)

Thoroughly gut fish, wash. Sprinkle with the juice of half a lemon, salt and pepper inside and out. Leave on for 15 minutes. Sprinkle the fish with flour and strung on wooden skewers that stick in the coals, placing on the diagonal. The fish is ready when it is roasted from all sides.
