Grilled chicken "Naxos"


  • 500 grams chicken breasts
  • For the marinade: 300 grams yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 0,5 small onions
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 3 teaspoons spices for gyros
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 0,5 ground bay leaf
  • 3 oregano sprigs (3 centimeterslong)
  • 1 rosemary sprig ( 2 centimetersthick)

Preparation method (receipt)

Rinse chicken breasts with cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Peel and chop onions. Skip the garlic through a press. Chop coarsely oregano. Mix all the marinade ingredients. Incision chicken breast. Rub chicken with the marinade, remove the plastic bag and marinate in the refrigerator for several hours. Fry on the grill for 5-6 minutes.
